"The bathroom had a noticeable odor, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. We also lacked clear instructions on parking locations or information about parking fees. While the staff wasn't particularly helpful with parking, the breakfast was excellent."

"Spacious rooms, with a lovely view. The staff were attentive and kind especially the house keeping staff. The hotel is centrally located near the Scotiabank arena, CN tower and a 20 min walk into downtown. "

"Great hotel. Only thing I found weird is that there’s no hand towel holder/rail for the bathroom sink. There’s a towel holder for your bath towels but nowhere to hang your hand towel for washing hands. For an upscale hotel, this is odd. Otherwise, everything else was great! Loved the café at the lobby for convenience."

"Everything was really great, nice big room, comfy beds and quiet. We did not receive housekeeping either of the full days we were there, so that would be the only thing that could have improved. "

"Staff were friendly, parking elevator was out of service and it caused a lot of issues for unloading and loading again at the end. Breakfast area was always full and did not have enough space for us. "
