"I thought the Fairmont in San Francisco was the best, but our Gold Suite at the Royal York put SF to shame. The suite, the exclusive lounge, the exclusive elevator — it was definitely worth the price. I can’t recall the last time I had a hotel room that made me want to stay inside all day, but this one did. Splurge and do it. "

"Staff all over were very friendly. The vallet staff, front desk staff and at the breakfast restaurant. Room was very nice and spacious. As well as the washroom. No separate pool but there was a hot tub with decent changing rooms and shower.
Will definitely book here again if in thw Toronto area"
"Great location, great rooms. Loved it!! The pool area was too crowded but the view was great. Breakfast restaurant was a bit expensive for the quality of the food. But the room and location was excellent! "
