"Brand new hotel next to a huge mall. The room was hot and the AC did not kick in, so we asked the receptionist and he activated our AC. It worked perfectly after that. Bartender is super friendly. "

"A very friendly hotel, with staff who did everything they could to help us, despite the language barrier. It is comfortable, if old fashioned in decor, which we liked. We had expected to be able to get breakfast and a beer or a glass of wine at night, neither of which was available, though you can get non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks and snacks from vending machines in the foyer. The area is basically industrial but is convenient for the Pompeii ruins, which are just a 20 minute walk away."

"I’m giving this high rating because I had a payment issue during after-hours, and even though the manager wasn’t physically on-site, the front desk contacted them immediately and the issue was resolved within minutes.
