"Great location with views to the ski area (in panoramic rooms). Tough to tell online, but rooms are different, so be sure you know which one you are booking. Recently partially renovated. Spa is nice. Breakfast was good and breakfast and cleaning staff are excellent. Shared kitchenette space with mini fridge, microwave, and drinks and snacks for purchase. Concierge fell flat with poor guidance and misinformation. (Closest bus stop, ski area opening times, etc). Provided ride to and from parking."

"Can Not give a review of the hotel due to the fact they stole my money and left me with no place to stay Beware! If your booking, one i do not recommend doing it thru Orbitz as the do not care or stand behind what they are selling and Two do not waste your money on the travel insurance as it also does nothing just a extra charge/scam i booked my trip on November 5th for the dates 12/23/23 thru 12/30/23 i did not realize while booking that the Hotel policy is that you must be Fully Vaccinated in order to stay with them until after the booking was made i filed a claim with orbitz on the 11th of November stating what happened and after they had talked to the Hotel both of them had decided to not issue a refund i then filed a claim with the travel insurance and also got the same results its now the 30th of December and i did not stay with them for obvious reasons and have to now eat the $1000 that they stole from me Merry Christmas to me "

"I stayed in this small family hotel almost every year since 2016 at the end of August or beginning of September. Good breakfast, spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, hamam), very friendly and helpful owner. Also, when you stay during the summer, you will get a free cable car pass (+local buses in Saastal) in a form of an electronic pass. The area is very calm especially compared to Saas Fee and Zermatt. Having a car definitely helps if you want to have a dinner in one of those fancy restaurants in Saas Fee. The only downside is limited local options for restaurants - it’s either pizza or rösti. I would highly recommend this hotel for those interested in hiking / climbing / walking in the Saas valley "
