Locks and keys worked when they wanted. Everything else was of high quality."

The room was spacious, we had a view of the Thames, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a bathtub - not common for a London hotel. The hotel was easy to get to from the Tube station. We recommend visiting the Tower and plan a full day. The only thing our room could have had was a fridge. We were only staying one night before moving on so it wasn't an issue this time, but for a longer stay we would...
