We stayed in room 1 and had a lovely view of the river on the morning, hotel was quiet, warm and comfortable. "I was greeted very politely by a very busy member of staff. Service was a little slow but only because it is clearer a popular venue for locals as well as travellers. My room 14 was very comfortable and clean. There is a damp patch on the ceiling outside the ensuite door. Unfortunately i did not see any staff to show them as i left. A very convenient place to stay right in the centre of the lovely market town. "
