I have stayed in many hotels and the Hotel du Lac Signature stands out amongst the top 10 much like their sister property in Saigon. "Anatole Hotel Hanoi is absolutely superb. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They arranged airport transfers for us and given how chaotic Hanoi airport is we were so grateful to have this meet and greet service. Our room was exceptionally good, we are near the end of a five week tour across Asia and this room, suite and bathroom was the best. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, spacious and just delightful. Breakfast was excellent and so was dinner. We enjoyed the roof top bar and Happy Hour. I can’t praise the staff enough in how welcoming they are from checkin, restaurant and lobby staff, they were all exceptional. I can highly recommend Anatole Hotel Hanoi. "
