"We had a wonderful stay at The Lapis Hotel. The room and facilities were immaculately clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a very early 4:00 AM checkout, and they still prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was a really thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience felt professional and warm. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Hanoi!

"An exquisite place to stay in the heart of the Old Quarter."
"Très bel hôtel dans le meilleur quartier pour visiter Hanoi. Vous verrez tout le décor rafiné de cet hôtel dans les photos de hôtels.com. Situé dans le quartier central et très sécure de Hanoi il y est agréable de visiter à pied.
De plus, il est vraiment un hôtel 5 étoiles, le personnel est toujours là pour vous aider. Exemple, il vous offre une boisson de bienvenue en arrivant et une personne prend le temps de tout vous expliquer. Un jour de pluie, il nous même offert un parapluie et un thé chaud en revenant.
Service d’aide de première classe, et merci aussi à Thomas de toujours s’assurer de notre confort et de nous aider dans notre séjour."

"What a lovely hotel. Very well set out and clean. The staff have all been amazing; welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Whatever you need they will accommodate. The rooms are light filled and spacious. Had such a great nights sleep, with wonderful blockout blinds. The bathrooms are well laid out with plenty of storage.
Tracy (the front office manager) went above and beyond. We were very impressed. You can see why the hotel runs so well. Front of house staff Yen was so lovely and helpful. This is a fantastic hotel, we will be back to stay again. "
"My family of four stayed at La Nueva for four nights. The staff was extremely hospitable in all aspects. Their concierge, Jimmy, coordinated with me weeks in advance and helped to plan great trips to Sa Pa, Ninh Binh and our eventual departure to Hue. He also helped to arrange a private driver and cruise to a much less crowded section of Ha Long. It all worked out perfectly.
