"We already miss it already! My husband and I's favorite hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel in itself is an experience from the soiree's they have to the fun themed rooms themselves. The food is excellent as well as they are Michelin recommended. Perfect for those looking for a unique spunky hotel that has aesthetics taking you back to the Roaring 20s."
"The hotel was in a good location, 2 blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake (lake in the heart of old town). The rooms were ok, a little dated, and breakfast buffet was average.
Staff was great, and very helpful."
"The bed was very comfort and we could sleep very well. The view of the lake was also great, nice atmosphere. Staffs were so kind! Highly recommended hotel in Hanoi:)"

"I stayed in this hotel with my family they gave us a total package including airport pick-up and drop-off, Ha Long Bay Cruise and city tour. Our experience was really pleasant.
The hotel is located just a minute walk from Hoa Kiem Lake and city center. The room (two king size bed for family of four) may not be overly spacious but it was very stylish, clean and tidy. Breakfast is very tasty, I would recommend beef noodle, "Pho Bo".
But the strongest point of this hotel is staff professionalism and friendliness. You can feel it from the personalized check-in. They call us by the name, and they (all of staff) are always informed of our requests regardless they are made previously or during the stay. They were always ready to assist us in finding restaurants (they choose very nice ones), city tours and extended use of a room for midnight departure. Overall, it is by far the finest hotel I experienced during my three-time travels to Hanoi."
"The service was exceptional, they were proactive in reaching out before we stayed there and allowed us to keep our bags there for a couple of days while we went trekking in Sa Pa. We returned to the hotel after our trek and they upgraded us to a super nice family room in the newly renovated wing. Overall very impressed by the great service."
"The staff really knows how to take care of their guests. From the time you arrive they receive you like VIP’s to the day you leave they cater to your every need. The amenities were great, the spa offered good packages, very clean and nicely set up. Cool rooftop bar. But the one thing I enjoyed the most was the amazing breakfast. I got so spoiled, it ruined my experience at the hotels I stayed after."
"Everything is great. It feels like home. I love to stay here whenever I visit Hanoi. Great team of workforce. Very attentive, considerate, hospitable staff. Particularly Jimmy, Jenny, Grace, Lucy, David, Lily, Kevin, Max and Tommy are Awesome.! Very helpful and caring. Great place to stay."
