The staff are so kind and professional especially our concierge Leo who gave us outstanding service from the time we checked in to to last minute when we left for the airport. Our family was sad to leave this property as it truly was a fantastic stay in all aspect. Do not hesitate in booking this beautiful hotel, with its incredible staff, you won’t regret it."

"Check-in by Ahn was comprehensive. Hotel location was excellent 5 mins to train St and eateries. Easy walk to other attractions of a Grab. Ahn also arranged a Halong Bay trip and room upgrade on the boat. Checkout was easy and Ami could not do enough. Would defiystayvat the Mertel again. Note there are some rooms with internal windows only, best to pay a bit more and an external windows only."

"I travel to Hanoi almost every year, and this was my first time staying at Lotus Boutique Hotel. We stayed in a spacious Family Room, which was very comfortable and well-suited for our needs. The location is excellent—very convenient and within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake. When we noticed that the refrigerator was not working properly, the staff were attentive and did their best to assist us. They were also helpful in arranging airport transfers, which made our stay more convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider returning in the future."
