While planning our trip to the UK, my daughter and I wanted to either stay at a Manor house or Castle. Middlethorpe Hall was the perfect choice. It is several miles outside York, but less than 10 minutes by uber or taxi. The staff was gracious and solicitous. We arrived just in time for tea.
