"We had a great stay! Secluded and quiet. We were there while the restaurant was closed which was unfortunate but probably kept the property from being as busy as it could be. Will definitely consider going back for future trips. We ate dinner in Elkin and Wilkesboro. Great restaurants in both towns and super close to Stone Mountain for a solid day of hiking/site seeing. 100% recommend."

"Very cute cabin. Just what we needed for our annual trip to drive to mtns to pick out and purchase a Christmas tree from a choose and cut tree farm, plus get some xmas shopping done in West Jefferson NC and drove to the town of Sparta and also drove through stone mtn state park to see Widow falls and seen some deer also. it was a bit cold so we did not use the grill but the grill was actually cleaner than most other cabins we have been in but could use new burner covers and grease from bottom cleaned out. Glad there were some extra salt and shakers available to use due to the one above the stove had bugs in it which i did dump in trash. Other than that cabin was nice and cozy. Enjoyed our stay. would recommend this cabin to friends."

"After initial (2) concerns were quickly remedied, we had an excellent visit and stay. The location, right on the river and nice tasting / light food. Initially the hot tub was scalding hot, and too hot for entry. This was remedied. The bed mattress was excessively worn out and unsupportive. This was remedied by relocating us to another unit with acceptable mattress. All communications were prompt and our concerns addressed promptly. The property location is first rate spectacular.
