SO glad to say the Sole Hotel team were on to it straight away, found solutions and fixed every concern in a charming, diligent and thorough way. 5 stars, you can be VERY confident in this hotel and its PROFESSIONAL staff. From cleaners to bar waiters to management. This is a classy team. As to location, its unbeatable. Lakeside, on the main square with breathtaking views. "The room was clean and staff was excellent. Our dining experience was exceptional. There was a young man that stood out. It was wonderful to see him greet us at breakfast and dinner ever night of our stay. The dinner menu changed daily. Food was exceptional. Views of the mountains off the balcony. Spa facility. Such a lovely stay. Coffee excellent. "

"Such a beautiful hotel situated right in the shore front. Parking is easy on lake front car park and it’s a very safe area. No issues at all leaving a convertible overnight. They do have their own car park too. Breakfast was lovely, all the staff very helpful. You cannot get a better location, right next to the boat moorings and several restaurants. The views from the hotel over the lake are fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room we had offered a great view on the north side of the lake and Torbole downtown. Side note: the hotel entrance is next to the street, with no transit parking, which complexifies arrival, unless you're lucky enough to find a parking accross the street, or arrange for a parking first with the hotel (they offer a parking 150 metres from the hotel)"

"What a perfect experience! Amazing staff and some of the best food we’ve ever eaten! Staff is everywhere during the stay to provide you with anything you need. Pools and hot tubs were incredible. We didn’t leave the property for 2 days and wanted to stay an extra day. We did the private breakfast with Alpacas and it was a great experience. "
