Roupa de cama está tão usada que está transparente. Chuveiro com aquecimento central que não funciona, tomei banho gelado dois dias. Travesseiro de pedra. Toalha parece uma lixa. Café da manhã pobre e com poucas opções. Enfim, pessima estadia!! Funcionários são o único ponto positivo.

Decepção e frustração.

Fui contemplado com um AP, cujo conforto não há. Inclusive o Ar Cond. joga água para dentro do AP. A torneira da pia de econômica não tem nada, a porta do banheiro range todas as vezes em que é aberta. Quanto ao restaurante, lamentável, até pão mofado foi servido, além de um café da manhã fraco para quem está em viagem. Ao meu ver para quem não está conhece bons hotéis, se contenta. O único momento agradável foi a recepcão que tivemos

Gostaria desde já agradecer publicamente a funcionaria Juliani. Atendimento formidável. Chegamos apos uma longa viagem de moto MOLHADOS depois de tanta chuva. Ela de imediato nos acomodou e depois foi cuidar da burocracia do check-in. Apos, nos orientou sobre a possibilidade de secarmos nossas roupas na lavanderia. tratamento excelente nos foi dado. O hotel em si é padrão Ibis budget / Druds express. Logo, sabíamos o estilo de hospedagem.

Serviço expresso na justa medida

Hotel muito bem localizado, restaurante japonês excelente, estacionamento interno seguro. A única coisa que não gostei foi do nicho montado sobre o frigobar, bati a cabeça na quina várias vezes.
