"Art at the front desk was and is a blessing. His kindness, warmth, and he was very welcoming. My vehicle broke down last Friday heading to Loveland from Houston TX and we were devastated. We were stranded here in Trinidad (we never been here) and I used up all of my AAA tows trying to get my vehicle fixed. Art went over and beyond to make sure my sonand I. He even called his mechanic to fix my vehicle and his mechanic came to the hotel driving from Weston. Our experience here was great. Thank you Art! More than Great customer service!"

"Beautiful historic home just steps away from downtown. Very well restored. Joy greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. Located up on a hill plus we were on the second floor, the views were incredible. Would definitely stay here again. On a side note, this home is for sale and they no longer provide breakfast. The Las Animas Grill has excellent breakfast. "
