"Check in took way too long. Pre-filled the emailed form which was not completed on the form when checking in therefore it needed to be written again. The process was lengthy and others in line were also disgruntled. The room itself was good. The parking is across the way and not well lit. Concerning when going out to the vehicle at night. "
