"What an amazing hotel with the happiest staff I’ve seen in Vietnam. Jackie the manager was truly amazing from when we arrived to when we left. Giving us all the information of where to shop, see, eat and go to train street. Highly recommend hotel for everybody’s needs and Jackie will go out of his way to help you. Breakfast was amazing fresh, big variety and a great view of the city. The rooftop bar was great, very hot in June though but lovely in the late evening. The pool was the coldest pool in Vietnam I’ve been in, refreshing and a lovely area with a few lounges. Definitely will stay again. "
