"This was my second time staying at AC Condado. This time my husband and I brought our daughters. While checking in, we were told our room wasn't ready so we had to wait 30 minutes with our children and luggage. Once we entered our suite, I did my due diligence as a mommy and checked the bed and towels. Sure enough, the bed had long black hair under the duvet. The towels also had long black hairs between the folds. But the pullout couch was the worst. There were stains on the cover for the mattress and balled up tissues. I don't think those get cleaned properly. I called the front office and they sent someone to bring fresh covers but that was all. No disinfectant spray or anything to make up for it. The suite overall was accommodating for our stay and the location was convenient as usual. Sobao was delicious as always and the pool is definitely a vibe. For the amount of money spent, I think we'll try somewhere else next time. "

" The Hyatt Regency was absolutely the best place that I’ve ever stayed my two adult children and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Everyone there was so polite. The staff was wonderful very attentive. The rooms were gorgeous. I had the garden view just as beautiful as the ocean view with all the birds and the trees and the palm trees. Everywhere our rooms were cleaned every single day the staff at the bars were wonderful. Nefertiti was the best server ever she was with the sandbar, Israel was also wonderful. He was the welcoming staff Anthony was at Nori was our waiter who was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t rave enough about this place. I will say that this place is completely exclusive away from a lot of things it sits at the bottom of the rainforest in which the views are absolutely beautiful , the prices for the drinks the only thing that I can say was the average drink with taxes and gratuity cost $20 per drink, which was in a small cup to make the cups a little bit larger. The food and every restaurant was wonderful room service was absolutely perfect , and they even sent us all of the accommodations that we need I can’t rave about this place. Kayaking was awesome. The ocean was fantastic. The pool was wonderful. Everything about this place was phenomenal. I was suggest everybody to go here. "

"I really enjoyed this hotel! It was clean, the pool was great and there was a lot to do! I thought that the rooms were clean and spacious and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings. The pool area was good, but got very crowded during the day. Many people ran out early to claim spots. We were always able to find spots, but it was annoying that people would claim some and not use them most of the day. Even when we could not find a spot, the staff was very nice and would help us find one or move chairs for us. The drinks were good, but slightly expensive. I thought it was funny that the drinks were cheaper at the club and in the lobby, than at the pool, but most people spend all day drinking at the pool so it makes sense. There was a lot to do with the club, casino, and live music at night. The lobby was always lively. The concierge helped us to book an excursion, but I would recommend finding one yourself and booking it since it was a little more expensive at the hotel. Also, we had to walk about a mile to another hotel for the excursion since we booked the day before so they would not pick us up at our hotel. It is close to the airport which is nice, but it was not very close to much else. We had to Uber to Old San Juan, which was fine and easy to do. Overall, the hotel was very nice and we enjoyed it very much. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend."

"The resort is really nice. I like that they have a good selection of food choices. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds. We had a city view so we didn't have chairs on our balcony. We had breakfast in the restaurant on the lower level and chose to sit outside but, couldn't enjoy it because the birds were trying to get it off the plates. They were literally on our table so that sucked. The drinks and food were good but they were pricey. The pool was refreshing. Overall we had a great time but im not sure i would go back to that particular hotel "
