"Hotels.com stated this location as “Uptown”. It is NOT UPTOWN. Also there is nothing on hotels.com stating the poor neighborhood and dozens of people standing around The hotel entrance. No one would visit me because of where I was staying. Hotels.com has dropped in quality when you merged. I used to get a free room every 10 stays. Now I get $1 here or there. Clearly I’m moving to another hotel app."

"Was attending a training seminar. Just slept at location. i will say the traffic in Charlotte is horrible!"

"The hotel and room were very clean. Bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of light in the room. Room appeared to be revently renovated with hard wood floors and nice bathrooms. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs and make your own waffle option; a meat (bacon, hame, or sausage) would have been a nice addition to breakfast. Ample parking and a gym were available at this hotel. Staff was pleasant though we not quick to greet you when entering the lobby or wishing you a good day. Check out was efficient. "

"Very clean and updated. The location was within 30 minutes of sporting events: NASCAR and a football game. Pet-friendly with a park across the street to walk the pup. The property owner's response was excellent."
