"The location is very convenient, it’s located at the big shopping mall. The neighborhood is easy to walk, lots of food around. The complaints are the equipments in the hotel are not very convenient. The design inside is a bit weird, they don’t provide HK charger for you, for our room we only have one outlet that can charge our phone(I brought my own charge head) is far away at the table, not next to the bed. "It was great customer service, what I like and it was surprising, my flight was after my check out and they couldn’t give me extra hours to stay but they offered me to wait in the club with I wasn’t expecting to be that great. Also I arrived early and they let me check in early and upgraded my room free of charge. If I come back for sure this is my number one choice."
