Nice and modern hotel about 10 min drive from the airport. Pleasantly surprising for the price. Not sure about neighborhood, but it met our goal to be near airport for early morning flight. They have free shuttle to the airport 24/7, that leaves every 30 min. Check/in and check/out was easy. My only suggestion is to add a coffee service in the lobby for those who wait for the shuttle early morning. I would take that over the mini bottle of wine we received as a welcome gift. Also, shower has...

The queen room was enough for my husband and I. If you have kids I would recommend the bigger rooms. The room key works with all the electricity in the room so if the key is not in the holder A/C , electricity sockets and light do not work. SOMETHING IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE IS. Everyday ! They did your bed every single day! EVERYDAY! We came home to a neatly done bed. They catered to our F1 weekend and even left us a small gift for el dia de los muertos. I LOVED the location of the hotel...

Requested for the same room (406) I stayed the last time so I knew what to expect. I like that this hotel is away from the touristy area. I got to experience people living in the area going about their daily routine. I always looked forward getting back to a quiet and air conditioned room after a long day of sightseeing and braving the metro rush hour crowd.

Great property, it has a heated pool & jacuzzi. A gum, cafe and restaurant. They have free airport shuttle. The rooms are big and clean. Only issue/complaint is that there's no fridge in the rooms and trying to get a bucket of ice is soo hard. Besides that the place is great. It's not in a great neighborhood so be cautious but it's only a 20-30mins Uber ride to Roma Norte, Zócalo, etc.. .. but I will say do not wear jewelry in Mexico sadly I was mugged on my second day of my trip but besides...
