Clean, comfortable and well located. Staff is pleasant.
However, I was a bit uncomfortable about carrying my passport with me
around Mexico city since we arrived before check-in time
3:00pm. The female receptionist stated that check in was at
3:00. She offered to storage our luggage, but I could not
leave my passport and wallet unprotected. When we finally checked in around 9:00 pm second receptionist was quité pleasant!

Nice and modern hotel about 10 min drive from the airport. Pleasantly surprising for the price. Not sure about neighborhood, but it met our goal to be near airport for early morning flight. They have free shuttle to the airport 24/7, that leaves every 30 min. Check/in and check/out was easy. My only suggestion is to add a coffee service in the lobby for those who wait for the shuttle early morning. I would take that over the mini bottle of wine we received as a welcome gift. Also, shower has...

Absolutely beautiful property. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The area is in the most beautiful and safe part of Mexico City. My only complaint about this hotel was that despite the high nightly price, they still try to get you to “upgrade” your room and pay a even higher nightly fee to get a room with a view, breakfast, and access to their rooftop lounge that is not available to all guests without this upgrade or an access fee. Overall great experience though
