"Amazing service , restaurants and staff !!"

"⭐ 1/5 — Terrible Experience, Not Worth the Price! Extremely disappointing experience at Azulik Tulum. The room was not clean, the bathtub was full of trash, and the air conditioning was set to a fixed temperature that we couldn’t adjust. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests. There were also way too many mosquitoes throughout the property. I stayed at Azulik a few years ago, and the experience was much better back then. Unfortunately, the...

"Le calme, la piscine magnifique et l’environnement dans l’enceinte de l’établissement qui invite à la paix et au repos. L’accès en voiture est très chaotique, on se demande où on arrive. Mais il faut savoir que l’ensemble des rues et routes de Tulum sont dans un triste état,"

"This is not all inclusive resort I came to this resort for a very special occasion. I’m getting married so this was my bachelorette party not once. Did I receive an email regarding that more than 75% of the amenities at the resort will be closed. There is constant construction going on causing hazardous around the resort I even cut my toe in one of their pools their room service was not quality at all. We were waiting more than two hours for a single meal along with getting overcharged for...

"Beautiful location, clean modern rooms, ocean front pool and staff super helpful. The hotel electricity is run with a generator so no hair dryers, mini fridges and some rooms do not have aircon. But if you are looking for an authentic beach hut experience this is for you. Be sure to bring insect repellant."

"Alberca padrísima desayuno delicioso"

"cómodo, céntrico, limpio, personal amable.."

"Amazing view, amazing time! Gorgeous hotel"

"Todo muy bien"

"This is a super small hotel with no elevator and tons of stairs. They only have one restaurant and one really small pool. This is not the place for elderly people or people who want to socialize with others."

"super clean, inner design is cute, nice staff"

"Seré muy neutral, al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento, no recomiendo la alberca privada por que no está limpia, tuve problemas con el sanitario pero cabe señalar imediato le dieron atención, con el check-in no había nadie a mi llegada, no está feo el lugar pero si deberían considerar darle mucho demasiado MANTENIMIENTO"
