"We initially planned to stay at Bir Dem for a few days but ended up extending it because we simply could not check out. It provided us with a combination of comfort of a premium boutique hotel and the friendliness of a home. They provide with guidance about the area and help you with bookings too. Great wine selection to choose from is a bonus. "

"Pros: Staff and hotel was good. Easy check in. Location is very convenient. Very comfortable bed. Cons: The toilet was not properly cleaned as it had yellow stains but they cleaned it right away when we flagged it. The room we stayed at was facing to the street and right next to the entrance with a heavy door. So if you are a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend that room but I am sure the others are fine."
