"Very nice hotel located in the inner city of Vienna, just a couple of blocks from St. Stephen Cathedral. Other tourist attractions such as Hofburg Palace, Spanish Riding School, Rathaus, Vilksgarten, etc. are all easily walkable from the hotel. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with numerous options and there are many dining options ranging from wurstel stands to cafes to Michelin starred restaurants within a few blocks. There is also a lot of shopping options within this area ranging from souvenir shops to chocolatiers such as Lindt’s and higher end stores such as Swarovski. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"I am a college student solo traveling throughout Europe and have ended up staying here twice in the past month or so. I was remembered by name by the wonderful staff. The hotel is not necessarily the most aesthetic accommodation, but it is clean, comfortable, welcoming and very cheap! I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends visiting Vienna over and over again! The location is also great! I hopped right off of the metro and I was there. It is also about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. There are restaurants and grocery stores right nearby. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I could not be more complimentary!"

"Not enough choice for a sweet breakfast however if you like English breakfast, it's good! Nothing you complain, all that you need for a stay in Wien plus a coffee machine in the room that's a nice addition that can help a lot when outside it's raining and you need to take your time before starting to wonder around"

"Kitchen was well equipped and even had a little oven which was very useful. Laundry services available. Public transport, both for trams and train is close. Christian was always available to respond to any questions."

"Checking in via the check-in device (looked like an iPad built into the wall) took long because it required manual text input but the keyboard was slightly inaccessible due to the frame holding the iPad. During the check-in we also needed to pay again to get the room code. A refund was processed after writing an email to the hotel via expedia, but the whole process was time consuming and frustrating."
