"Stay was double booked. When we arrived, there were already people there and those people had already made a mess of the place. Owner offered to kick those people out, but we didn’t feel like staying in a dirty place so we left. Owner said that she would give me a full refund, but VRBO fought me me on it and I have received less than half of my money back for a place I didn’t even get to stay in. I messaged the owner and vrbo repeatedly most recently a week ago and no response. Be very cautious...

"We've just enjoyed a wonderful stay at Maria's home! A stone's throw from Kew Gardens and short walk into Richmond, the location of this property was great. The house itself was well-proportioned and beautifully and comfortably decorated -- just like the pictures! We were greeted by a full fruit bowl, plenty of coffee pods/tea, and even a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. This home is on several levels which might not work if stairs are an issue for someone. Our grandson loved the small bedroom on the top floor!
