    This 4-bedroom home overlooks Farmer's Arm, a quiet cove, in scenic Twillingate. Once home to a Merchant and his family, this home offers lots of space to settle in and experience life in an outport community. You'll sit on the large deck and watch the fishermen come and go, and maybe even catch a glimpse of an iceberg or sea creature.

    The space

    This home has 4 bedrooms upstairs. There is a King bed, 2 queens and a double. The full bathroom is upstairs and one of the queen bedrooms has a small ensuite half bathroom. On the main floor, you'll find the kitchen, a half-bathroom, a dining room and living area. There is a large water-facing deck to enjoy the view.

    The home is 2 units combined. The Cove shares a wall with Little Cove. The Cove does not have access to the other unit.

A wonderful place!

The house was comfortable and very well equipped. It was wonderful to have home made bread, jams and all the necessaries for a morning meal. Good thinking, especially for the people who arrive later in the day.We loved Twillingate and the area. Maybe a few more suggestions about tours and restaurants.Thank you so much for contributing positively to our stay in your area.

Gem of a find in Twillingate

We absolutely loved our stay here at The Cove, Merchant’s Home. We stayed for two nights and the space lived up to the hype. Our hosts thought of everything and we appreciated the welcome treat. Such hospitality is hard to find on apps like this so we were thankful. Beds were comfy, shower and kitchen were great and you can’t beat the view of a quiet harbour. We even had the chance to sit out on the deck with a drink in the sun. Couldn’t recommend a better place to call home for a visit in Twillingate.

Great Location

House was as advertised . Pictures were true to the cottage. Home was well equipped ( could use lobster tools?We bought cooked fresh lobster from a place on the coast amazing. But it would have helped if there was some utensils to deal with it. that being said great spot. Could use an update but we knew what we were going to stay in . All great ,
