As for the deposit, previous reviews did irk me but I did get it refunded by 10 working days. Make sure to send them your bank details on arrival. Also their 26+ age policy really ought to be made clear on the listing. "

"First impressions not good....loose tiles on front door step,grubby stained carpets everywhere,open kitchen bins.steep staircases.Our room was in the Attic and we are both in our 70s !!!! Tiny Shower Room with cracked damp stained ceiling.Tiny Wardrobe,dirty dusty windowsill. This "Hotel" is permanently occupied by 2 Residents. Owner was friendly enough."
