"It's a great 4 Star Hotel. The only significant problem were the key cards. They kept getting deactivated. The hotel is aware and is trying to fix it, but they are so busy they don't have time to reset all the codes. "

"i stayed for four nights and five days there. i had arrived very late at night and they were very accommodating to me and my needs, answered questions, filled water bottle, and throughout the week I received new towels and came back to my room with a bed made up and trash taken out. it was a very clean, nice, and warm place to stay while it snowed for the first couple of days and it was new years so it was great. its walking distance to nearly everything and the train station is right across the street."

"What stood out? Everything! From the welcome when we arrived, the facilities in the room, the additional touches such as the social hour to all the interactions with staff. "

"Room was clean and felt newly-updated, although on the smaller side. Our rear-facing room was very quiet. Parking was convenient. Breakfast and common area were excellent, and the staff was super helpful. Good location - not exactly in the center of the tourist sites, but an easy 15 minute walk or 5 min taxi/uber (which were readily available). Some good restaurants, coffee shops and pubs nearby."
