There was a flood from a 5th floor room above reception and a clear up operation was immediately put into place, efficiently and correct safety signage was displayed prominently. All staff had, and knew their place within this urgent situation. Very impressive. This was our 2nd visit to this Leonardo hotel and would definitely recommend. "

The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of just about everything. I have no hesitation in recommending you put this at the top of the list of choices when flying from the North Terminal."
