"Great staff and location "

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The breakfast provided was delicious and we got to enjoy the bikes for hire to go to the Mt Fuji cable cars. All the staff was incredibly attentive and the view from our room was just stunning - I will always remember our stay "

"Very nice Japanese traditional style hotel. The location is great, close to the sight-seeing bus line and to the cable car lift. The bath is great, with good views on the 7th floor. it is a pity the room we had doesn't have a view though. The staff are nice, very polite. They also provide car service to and from the Fujikawaguchiko Station, which is nice!"

"We loved our stay at La Vista. Was blown away by the view of Mt Fuji from our balcony even though it was a bit of a cloudy day. Welcome drink + coffee machine in the lobby with a view of the moutain is superb! Loved the private onsens as well. Did not try the public female/male ones. Room was very spacious and luxurious even with an extra adult and toddler in tow. We had a hire car (highly recomend for the Lake Kawaguchiko area) otherwise the hotel does have a courtesy bus at various times. It is a bit of a splurge staying here but well worth it. A highlight of our trip!"
