"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay in Kyoto was truly unforgettable, thanks to this wonderful hotel. The location was incredibly convenient — right next to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the little touches like the yukata robes, green tea set, and quiet ambiance — perfect after a long day exploring the city. Breakfast was a highlight: a well-balanced selection of Japanese and Western options, beautifully presented and delicious. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto — whether for leisure or business. It felt like a true home away from home."

"Gorgeous hotel near Kyoto Station. The Complimentary shuttle was so helpful. Also close to bus stops, and walkable. We loved the restaurant in the Lobby, went three times. Kid friendly. They loved the spaghetti. Also a vegetarian friendly option. A Lawson across the street for beauty and snacks. Staff was helpful and kind. Gorgeous Zen water space. Would definitely stay here again. "This is a beautiful large hotel in the middle of a residential neighborhood and easily walkable to the Imperial Palace gate. We also walked to the train station which was a bit further than we expected but totally doable even with luggage. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of options and staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were larger than expected. We found that everywhere we went in Japan beds were much harder than we are used to in the US and this hotel was no exception. Everything was very clean and well maintained and we would definitely stay here again."

"Amazing hotel! It was the best hotel choice i did for my japan trip. It was very centric in kyoto and very close to metro/bus lines. The staff was incredible and provided a great service. Also the breakfast was very complete and of good taste. If I return to kyoto, I will definitely stay here again."
