"I was very disappointed at the beginning when checked in. I was told the upgraded room has been reserved and notes has been put in the system when I called your customer service. Unfortunately, it was not arranged. Very disappointed with it, especially with your hotel brand. I was taking my mum from overseas to watch Vivid and fireworks from your hotel. Fortunately, the lady helped me with check in (I forgot her name - she can speak bit of mandarin) was very helpful and professional. She showed empathy and found solution for me effectively. Even took me to check the room before I confirmed. She has been wonderful and super helpful. She made my stay with my mum was a great night! I am truly appreciated with her service!!
