"Staff , food , room & view out over the river were all amazing. We both felt that the changing rooms connected to the pool area could be better, no feeling of space or privacy at all . Alot of history with this building making it very interesting."

"Lovely building and location - out of the busy but not too far! Nicely decorated and furnished albeit it does feel like a walk if you’re in one of the 400+ numbered rooms! Ate in the brasserie one evening food was good but the battered fish, whilst plentiful, was maybe a bit “soggy”. The breakfasts were excellent and if you don’t see anything you like then maybe best stay at home! Room was huge as was the comfy bed. A lot of new staff learning the ropes ahead of the peak season but can’t fault...

"Fabulous stay, the staff were so helpful and friendly. Great pool and jacuzzi. Food was really good, lovely atmosphere and drinks and food were priced reasonably. Thoroughly recommend it, the hotel is spotless. "
