"This is a splendid hotel. Large well equipped rooms, great bedding and amenities. Staff were plentiful and super helpful. It's in a quiet location, so external restaurants are a 5 minute walk, and the crazy district of Dotonbori is a 1300 yen taxi away. If I ever go back to Osaka will definitely stay there again"

"Location is perfect for train, shopping and restaurants. The best part is its 2mins walk to JR line that can take you back to Kansai International Airport (KIX) and around Osaka. The room we got is average but with a view. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to ride the train a lot. "

"It is hard to find even with the help of taxi driver. It entrance door was well tugged behind a wall and hard to find for safety reason. I like the friendliness of the front desk and their neatly arranged breakfast. The man in charge of the front desk impressed me the most. He even came out in rain to see us left in a taxi!"

"Pro: very close to JR Fukushima, quiet, secured, near Lawson and Big Bean for food and daily goods, shared bathroom but very clean, friendly staff Cons: uncomfortable bed, the breakfast (toast & coffee) available at 08.30 hrs. but I left the guesthouse around 07.30 hrs. for sightseeing so I missed it all."
