B&B in Unguja North Region

"AC did not work and they couldn’t fix it. The water pressure was also extremely low which made it hard to shower and even flush the toilet. There was an awesome guy working 24/7 who was trying to solve all problems. Thumbs up to him. "

"Property was ok with good location. Soft furnishings within the complex were dirty and require replacement especially the mattresses on the pool chairs by the pool . . Electricity went off whilst there."

"The Hotel was under renovation as Season starts June 1. Breakfast was great, Staff very polite and accommodating. The beach is close to rooms."

"good place to stay in..Amazing people and nice swimming pool ( all the workers are wonderful ) We will be back next year with a group of friends"

"Flott sted for de som ønsker det personlig, og litt rolige omgivelser. Julia og de andre ansatte er fantastiske mennesker som virkelig fikk deg til å føle deg velkommen."

"Just to be clear: there is no pool. And the hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. But the service is 5 stars. And they clean every day, and change the bed and towels every 2 days"

"I am a solo female traveller. Zanzibar House is an excellent property in so many ways. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are a delight to be in, with lots of comfortable places to sit and read or contemplate the beauty of the area. I did not use the pool and I am sure it would be lovely. At night time I had an evening meal which was tasty and they accommodated my dietary requirements very well. I am gluten intolerant. I recommend this hotel if you like quiet and beauty filled...

"Very nice stay at Amazing beach hotel! Staff are exceptional and made the experience much more enjoyable for me and my family. Property kept well. Perfect for solo travelers but even for a small family. Restaurants very close with good food. Waking up to the view of the beach was incredible. Highly recommend, I would definitely return myself! A+👌 ⚠️ A word of warning the Property only accept cash, so you will have to pay for your stay at the reception, not through Expedia or any other booking...

"Place is a bit run down, breakfast was a joke and the location is not the best. "

"The property was amazing, the room is spacious with it own bathroom. Very clean and the staff are just amazing, easy to communicate with and very helpful especially Jaalha and the lady doing cleaning👏👏👌👌❤️"

"eXcellent service clean rooms the workers and the managers are super cool will recommend if u want peace of mind "

"Absolument parfait, la manager est adorable et toujours aux petits soins... Je recommande absolument 👍👍👍"

"Friendly staff but hard to find."

"The last review of this property was over two years ago, and I’m not sure where the photos were taken from. Dark, damp and mouldy facilities. Bucket and mop in shower and no toilet paper. I had to leave within the first hour of arriving. There was no mention that this place is a public place for turtles, and there were strangers sitting at your front door. Just did not feel well with the odour in the room. I just hope the turtles have better accommodations."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast as expected, nothing fancy but nice. Great rooms with Daily moskito hindering. Nice size. Great and nice, but rather small pool. In the end the hotel lived up to our expectations."
