"Stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New York JFK Airport and had a positive experience overall. The staff were pleasant, professional, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient, which made the stay very convenient. My only frustration was the valet parking. The communication around it wasn’t very clear. There was no obvious signage explaining where to pay or how much it would cost, and the information provided by staff felt a bit vague. Aside from that, everything else was great. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows could be a bit firmer for better support. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again."
