"Excellent location and value for money, but the soft furnishings are looking a bit shabby. Replacing the carpets throughout the building would be the obvious place to start. I’d stay at the hotel again. "

Quite a distance from city centre, about a £15 uber ride, but we booked late so not much other availability in that price range. Reception staff very nice & helpful. Overall a satisfactory stay."

"To talk to staff you have to call a number then text them your booking details and your full name and then wait for them to give you the code to your room, room was not clean for example poo stains in the toilet, dead spider on the wall, wall paper coming off, door handle to bathroom was broken and all the units where falling apart."

"Very large room with good storage. Clean throughout. Yea and coffee available in the room. Large comfortable bed. Security fob to access room area. No noise from the bar customers heard when in the bedroom. We did eat in the bar and the food arrived piping hot with plenty of choices available. Attentive staff in the bar area."

"The pictures online is what I saw in person but was given a different idea thinking it’s spacious. It was an hassle for 2 entrance doors to lock or unlock easily. Great host but stopped responding when I was freezing cold and the heaters couldn’t come on sent messages but no feedback. "
