"This is not the place I'd recommend for anyone to stay. The lack of communication with the staff was horrible and it made the whole experience worse. There was no one available to let me in the room when I arrived and I was told to return later that day. After I did, I was let in by a cleaning lady. The person who rented me the room was not available. She stopped responding to my messages and stopped communicating in the middle of the night. "It was great, the apartment is small but nice for 2 people the only but thing I would say is that during winter time it’s important that the apartment could have a heater inside because there were nights that temperature were 1 degree or even lower so it was really cold, and check the internet at all times because we didn’t have for 2 days while we stayed inside the apartment."

"Great staff. Gym is good, so is breakfast. Providencia is a middle class neighborhood in Santiago. Not as vibrant as others, but safe and great food and easy access to the metro which takes you everywhere."
