"We absolutely loved our stay at this home as it was perfect for our family!The layout gave everyone privacy, the beds were comfortable, and the kids lived in the indoor pool (perfect for our March trip!). The bowling alley and fire pit were such fun bonuses too.We loved being close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. And the quick access to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park was a huge highlight for us!Michele, the property manager, was so responsive and helpful.Highly recommend for a fun, relaxing family getaway!"

"The disappointment was huge… let me the count the ways. This is not a private cabin in the mountains. You are in the middle of a cul de sac of cabins. I could see one cabin in a picture but, I had no idea that you are literally surrounded. One on each side within touching distance and two in front. The hot tub that we were so looking forward to enjoying.. of course. It was broken and emptied for our entire visit. Floor damage.. wear socks or slippers because you will get splinters. The toilet seat was falling off.. the type of super cheap toilet seat that just hangs on for dear life.. bathroom and front windows were broken along with the cheap blinds. Fridge was leaking so I had to empty it and realize it was because the ice maker was broken. Trash littered all around the cabin when we first got there. Bathtub and shower was decent but, definitely a death trap for anyone who isn’t flexible or sturdy on their feet. Plan on doing all of your hiking away from this place because it isn’t safe to walk the roads around the cabin with people driving blindly around the corners. You get what you pay for I guess. I was looking for a mountain get away to quietly accept the fact that my partner was diagnosed with cancer but, instead we had a boatload of issues and no hot tub. After lots of communication we will get a whooping 65 discount for All of the issues. Definitely will not be back. Maybe take the money you are taking people for and use it to fix and update that cabin. "

"We rented this house for a get together with a bunch of Army guys who served together. House was great, plenty of space. Listing says they provide 2 bath towels per person, initial supply of toulet paper and dish washer soap. We were allotted 1 bath towel per person, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no dishwasher soap. Communication with the host is lacking. Very long response time. Some messages never being answered. The last day of our stay the upstairs(main level) air conditioner went out. It was an 85 day. We were out most of the day in Cades Cove. We return to the house and its 78 air isnt flowing at all. We message the host through the chat option. No response. We waited over an hour and then decided to call, it was 11:37pm at this time. My husband spoke to someone who basically said its not their problem and told us to open the the windows and then hung up on them. Then they message me back telling us they aren't a hotel and dont offer the same amenities as a hotel would. Never once did they apologize for the inconvenience of staying in a hot stuffy cabin. All of us that were in an upstairs bedroom had to camp out on the floor in the downstairs game room. All in all the house was in a good location, but the poor way the host washed their hands of the non-functioning air conditioning really left the experience as a bad one. "
