"A fantastic stay and what an experience! Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Great friendly welcome and everyone here could not do enough for you. The room was amazing and had the best nights sleep. We had a complimentary soft drink mini bar which was a nice touch. Bathroom was amazing too. We didn't eat here in the evening as had lunch at Rick Steins in Padstow, however, really enjoyed breakfast. Really can't wait to stay here again. THANK YOU Bodmin Jail Hotel, we will be back....

"It was a beautiful place and the view was spectacular. However the first thing I saw when entering the hotel was a large picture of Trump, Melania and the owner of the hotel. I did not go to the hotel to see a picture of a convicted felon and it turned me off immediately."

Downside was our room was on 5th floor, no lift and stairs were very steep. Would stay again but only on the proviso we were on a lower floor (we are both the wtong side of 65 and struggled). Good choice of breakfast foods. I had french toast with fruit n maple sauce. Partner had the same next day but was only given one sliced strawberry and no blueberries -...
