"So when first walking in, the building is definitely a bit old. The elevator is scary and could be renovated. The lobby and breakfast areas were nice, they had a great breakfast and very nice staff. The room was cleaner than I expected, but definitely again just a bit out of date. My suggestion to all older hotels- just rip up the carpet. Easier to clean floors is the way to go. I bring flips flops to all hotels I go to for that reason. But this was a “don’t judge a book by its cover” hotel, as I was pleasantly surprised and ultimately very happy with this stay."

"I requested a receipt when we checked out. I did. Not look at it until I returned home and noticed we were charged for 2 nights of parking and we were only there 1 night. I immediately called the hotel and was told the xtra charge would be removed and I would be emailed an updated receipt. I have not eceived the receipt and my charge card was charged for $50, 12.10 and another $12.10, totaling $74.20. There should only be a one time parking charge of $20 and another amenity charge of $20. This should have been taken care of immediately as it is very easy for someone to see we were only there 1 night."

"The non-english speaking staff is one big headache. In my opinion that is not good customer service. If I cannot communicate my needs that is just plan sad and pitiful! My room shower liner was stained. My duvet was stained as well. I would stay again but those are the things that need correcting. Ive stayed at this location 6 times in the month of July!"
