"We have stayed in a few other places in London and found the Tower Hotel our favourite. The room was spacious, we had a view of the Thames, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a bathtub - not common for a London hotel. The hotel was easy to get to from the Tube station. We recommend visiting the Tower and plan a full day. The only thing our room could have had was a fridge. We were only staying one night before moving on so it wasn't an issue this time, but for a longer stay we would prefer to have one. There is so much to see in London and this is great location."

"The view of the Thames and House of Parliament and Big Ben were spectacular. Location a short 10 min walk to the underground is convenient."

"2nd stay here and just for 1 night for early flight home via T2 Heathrow .As before its very convenient from arrival via tube/car ,well signposted and then to Terminal for departure Very impressed by all staff from checkin through bar /food and drink in bar and ease of getting extension lead for cpap machine .Everyone was friendly professsional and well trained . Extension lead only available for medical device use but explained tactfully ! Bar was as before very well staffed with good staff -good choice of wines by glass and small plates -I had porkbelly pieces in spicy sauce excellent .Wimbledon final was on and excellent opportunities to watch from almost anywhere in bar . Only negative is that bar furniture eg banquettes /chairs are very tatty and look very tired -its a real jolt since rest of hotel is absolutely spanking smart -I mentioned this when we stayed in january but it does not do hotel credit !Maybe a refurb is overdue or delayed ."

"We've just retuned from an incredible nights stay at The Cumberland Hotel celebrating my Dad's 60th birthday and seeing Steve Wonder at BST Hyde Park. I booked an executive twin room which was fantastic and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The best part was the complimentary prosecco and chocolates left in our room along with a gorgeous birthday card, this was completely unexpected - thank you to Abhi on the WOW team for this wonderful surprise. The Cumberland is a stunning hotel, we enjoyed a lovely meal in the SOUND Cafe and breakfast the following morning was great too, a brilliant selection of food and while it was super busy, service was excellent. I can't wait to stay here again, the staff made our stay fantastic and the backstage lounge was a huge perk. "
