"Good communication with management through WhatsApp. The taxi dropped us off one minute from the property. Very cozy top floor with only a few steps. The 2 bedroom unit is very comfortable, the kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft. Air conditioning worked very well. We had everything we needed, the location is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. "The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was sumptuous. The pool was as warm as a bath. My only objection was that sometimes the pool would turn Trump reflecting pool green. However, the hotel would empty the pool and clean it. The view from the hotel, like much of Tuscany, was amazing. The bathroom in our room was large and the best I have experienced in any European hotel."
