"Lots of construction. Inside of property satisfactory. Biggest complaint they over booked our room .so we were left scrambling to find a place for the night. One day lost of our time. Communication was terrible. Emails in Spanish and we were not notified until almost 2 pm. I did contact them by phone and email trying to get updates to no avail "

"The appartement was very clean, the process to acess the appartement was clear and easy. The appartement had a smell of cigarette. The location is about 10-15 minutes walk from beach. The neighborhood is not great, not clean and looks poor. The overall experience was not bad, but I would not go back."

"Appartement trop petit pour 3 adultes, sûrement des logements pour étudiants en colocation, pas de salle de vie, les photos sont mensongères, la plage n'est pas a 5 mn comme mentionné mais plutôt a 10 ou 15 mn, le quartier est affreux plus proche du ghettos que de la station balnéaire, trop bruyant, impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres car les voisins sont collés ! Très déçus de ce logement, dommage car valence est une très jolie ville mais pas de ce côté ! "

Ein großes Manko ist, dass nur sehr wenig Waschmittel sowie Spülmittel und Duschgel zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Um mehr davon zu bekommen, muss man den Hausverwalter suchen, was lästig sein kann, auch wenn dieser und seine Frau sehr nett und hilfsbereit sind. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt ist die Küche, die...

"Clean, lot's of space, new, great terras on the roof, but then communication with Amazinn Places couldn' t be worse. No reaction on our chats, afther 10 attempts in 2 weeks, still no mail or notification how to get in the appartement. Finaly, 20 minutes before we arrived (and already 7 hours later then check-in time) a nice guy on the phone gave us the number to open the door..."
