Plagheira 1 - Studio Apartment, Sleeps 2

Open space on the first floor, comfortable and bright, directly on the ski slopes . The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: kettle and refrigerator. The sleeping area consists of 2 single beds. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi and television. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or are passing through to visit the city. Take care, you are welcome!

Pets: a fee will apply.

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights


Extra: CRIB € 40,00 (upon request), PET FRIENDLY € 40,00 Per stay (upon request) For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
Please inform us in advance of your arrival time in order to better organize your check-in and tell us about your bed preferences.
At check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian law on vacation rental.

LATE CHECK-IN
Check-in for arrivals after 10 pm must be arranged and confirmed in advance and is subject to a surcharge: € 30,00 from 10 to 12 pm; € 40,00 after 12 pm.
CHECK-OUT
Within 11 am.
We remind you that at check-in you will have to pay the Valfurva tourist city tax of € 1,20 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 nights till the 31st of May 2025.
From the 1st of June the city tax will be as it follows:
Valfurva tourist city tax of € 1,50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
EXTRA ON REQUEST
Cot: 40,00 € per person per stay.
The apartment is pet friendly, your animal is welcome on request, a surcharge of 40€ and a deposit of 200,00 € will be applied.
