"Perfect location in Bellagio with easy access to the ferry, dining and shopping. Room was decent and bathroom was larger than most (in Italy). Breakfast was very good with many hot and cold options for both food and beverages. The staircase was beautiful but an elevator was available."

The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular and the hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable with many quaint sitting areas inside and on the beautiful terraces. Guests can use the spa facilities and it is definitely worth it to find time to use them. Food is great and the staff is so very kind and helpful. Great customer service all around."

"Excellent location. Great breakfast buffet. Excellent staff. The ferry station is just right in front of the hotel. Scenic, walking distance to Villa Carlotta. Lot’s of restaurants close by and they have a great one within the hotel as well. "
