"Great hotel to stay at. Located in the heart of Florence walking distance to all the attractions and places to see. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and basic. Room was clean. A bit of noise from the outside life, but it was ok. The train station is about a 20 min walk. I had no vehicle so unknown about parking. Scoot parking seemed abundant. The staff were multilingual and very friendly. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "

"Good hotel. Breakfast was good. Room also good for europe standard: big enough. Location is good. They have a new bar and front desk was advertising it with discount on first drink. However, when you go to the bar, it was pretty clear that this was a new endeavor for them. There were 3 group of people in bar in total and everyone in staff seemed overwhelmed with that. After waiting for 10 mins without being addressed, walked out and still no one asked what is up. Minus the bar, hotel is great....

"The staff were wonderful! The staff helped us understand how to get around in the city and made great recommendations. My daughters’ room was nicer than ours. We had a less updated room. The A/C didn’t work well. Both nights they were repaving the road in front of the hotel starting at midnight for several hours. We could not sleep for the noise and shaking of the building. When I inquired about the road work, the person at the desk did not know anything about it since the desk is only staffed...
