"As always, we loved our stay at Lokuthula, thank you :) The layout works very well, the location is fantastic and the staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Rufaro and the rest of the reception team for being so lovely when we arrived and told them our luggage was lost. They were so kind offering to help with that issue. "I think that this is my favorite hotel anywhere, the location by the river is beautiful and quiet. The staff are all friendly, helpful and have a seemingly never ending amount of happy, bouncy energy! We ate from the main dinner menu once, the buffet twice and had a few lunches by the pool - all the food was delicious, plus the Gin and tonics were fabulous!
