"Great location and easily accessible to major landmarks and museums. Many great food options located nearby. Room was well kept, but no safe in the room and queen beds are very small."
"The guest experience at this beautiful hotel really exceeded my expectations. Mr. Gonzalo Patino ( Front Office Mgr) who was very kind and empathetic patiently listened to my grievances and within a few minutes, solved the problem. I have to mention by name some of the wonderful staff like Sabrina & Alexandra who made my checking in and checking out a breeze. To Malik, Dewayne who carefully handled my luggage (even though I changed my room) and Felipe you always had a smile at the door and greeted me going in and coming out to Dolly and Natalia, who served me at the dining area (delicious breakfast)with such grace and poise thank you all for being AMAZING."
"This was my fourth stay at the hotel Washington. I enjoy the location as it’s very convenient to the business district in Washington as well as great restaurants. The Vue rooftop bar is spectacular, but you need to get up there early in order to grab a seat at the bar as it fills up quite quickly after 4 o’clock I had a room on the eighth floor with a view of the mall and the White House the room was incredibly clean well appointed although the coffee maker did not work, but the hotel gave me a $15 credit for the restaurant downstairs, which more than made up for the inconvenience of not having a working coffee maker. The only point I would raise is that the shower uses large format marble tiling and is incredibly slippery. I nearly fell twice. I think they should provide a rubber mat. Other than that this is a spectacular hotel that always gets my highest recommendation for a stay in Washington DC."
